We are a small familiar company with more than 20 years of experience, we dedicated ourselves to the ecological cheese elaboration of goat from a flock of goats of Murcian race.
In these times in which everything tends to the uniformity, in which what prime and it prevails it is the productivity our option has been different.
We live in a privileged site of high mountain, that has allowed us among other things to make our project and to put in practice another option of life; in the long run it could be a sustainable alternative for many towns of the Pyrenean one.
During all these years, we have been seeing changes of mentality in the agrarian world, reaching the conclusion that it is not enough with doing the things affluent done, since there were factors that we could not control, was not sufficient to have flock and to make the cheese single, with our milk, made lack in addition to the health guarantees, to really offer a quality product.
Quality that we not only understand by their organolepticas characteristics, taste, texture, appearance, but that also goes united to which we considered a food natural.
In a chain everything affects the end item, for that reason we became and we gave importance to the quality, so as we understand it.
At the present time we can guarantee a free cheese of transgenics, additives, pesticies, antibiotics and would continue enumerating to demonstrate what means to eat a product that “simply” is healthy.
